POINT OF VIEW: All the Pretty Covers

Hey all,

A fun one this week.

I published my first story, “The Bear at the Bar,” in 2014. Since then, I’ve published more than twenty tales, and about half of them have come back to me as the journals and anthologies they were in have gone out of print.

I self-published “Bear” a couple weeks ago, and it did pretty well. ๐Ÿ™‚ So I am embarking on a campaign to republish each of my returned short stories, and a few that never saw the light of day.

My next one out – Morgan – a short fantasy tale set in Portland, Oregon.

I’ll also be republishing and/or extending some of my novellas next year.

Anyhow, I have created covers for seven of them so far. I’ll put a post on my Facebook page with these too and a poll… vote there, and tell me why you like the cover you chose. I’ll pick someone from the comments to get eBook copies of “The River City Chronicles” and its precursor, “Between the Lines.”

Here they are – enjoy!

๐Ÿ™‚

  1. I love the cover for A New Year! Gargoyle looks great too. Tight is intense. Really, you did a nice job on all of them.

  2. Gargoyle and Tight are the most striking to me. The covers and titles match well. Gargoyle is a bit more intriguing, as the story might be a bit darker? Tight seems like it has more fun or comedic elements.
